Guided local installer
AtlasOps is installed on the customer's own computer or approved server. On Windows, the setup page explains each click needed before Hermes is installed.
AtlasOps receives setup status only — not your files, passwords, API keys, or private data.
Assisted install session
For Starter, Pro, and Operator customers, AtlasOps can walk through installation and troubleshooting while the customer stays in control.
Remote support happens only with customer approval, for a limited time, and can be stopped. Customers type private keys or logins only on their own computer.
Managed Concierge install
For high-touch installs, AtlasOps can perform setup in a temporary approved session, configure workflows, and verify the private assistant end-to-end.
No credential custody. No hidden persistent access by default.
DIY
Self-serve setup with clear copy buttons, a guided install page, a check that confirms the install worked, and simple chat setup instructions.

Install personal AI agents at your own risk
Giving AI agents broad access to passwords, files, browsers, or accounts carries inherent risk. AI systems and automation tools can misunderstand instructions, run incorrect commands, expose data to connected services, or take actions the customer did not intend.
- Use least-privilege access wherever possible.
- Do not grant unrestricted access to sensitive folders or password managers.
- Keep provider keys, account passwords, banking, health, legal, and business-confidential data protected unless a workflow explicitly requires access.
- Review proposed automations before enabling scheduled or unattended actions.
- AtlasOps cannot guarantee that third-party models, tools, or integrations will never make mistakes.
AtlasOps reduces risk with customer-owned credentials, local installation, visible support sessions, no hidden persistent access by default, and a no-secret-storage portal posture — but installing any personal AI agent is still a customer-approved risk decision.
